By booking a cab or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using My Star Cab & Holidays.
All bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or in person.
A booking is confirmed only after a call/WhatsApp confirmation from our team.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings based on car/driver availability.
Fares are based on distance, vehicle type, route, and time of travel.
Any extra charges like tolls, parking, and state taxes are not included unless stated.
Full or partial advance may be required to confirm your booking.
Payments can be made by cash, UPI, or other available modes.
Free waiting time: 15 minutes at pickup location.
Beyond 15 minutes, extra charges apply based on vehicle type.
Travel time may vary due to traffic, weather, or road conditions.
We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors.
The route may be adjusted if required, for safety or convenience.
All drivers are trained and verified.
Customers are expected to maintain polite behavior.
Any kind of misconduct with the driver will result in cancellation of service.
Cancellations must be informed at least 2 hours before pickup time.
Last-minute cancellations may lead to partial or full charges.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3–7 working days.
Customers are responsible for their luggage and personal items.
My Star Cab is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.
Please avoid carrying illegal or hazardous materials.
We may update our services, pricing, and policies without prior notice.

My Star Cab & Holidays is not liable for accidents, delays, or losses caused by factors beyond our control.
In any case, our liability will be limited to the amount paid by the customer.
